Experience all the products and solutions offered by Zenith before making a purchase. You can visit our Experience Center at our Ataşehir office, or our technical team can come to your site. Our pre-sales engineers, experts in their field, will listen to you and your project to perform a joint needs analysis. Then, test the relevant products and software. We can conduct a POC (Proof of Concept) with success criteria defined together. All you need to do is send an email to zenith@zenithbt.com.tr.
For our maintenance contract customers, service requests can be submitted through the customer-specific service portal. Alternatively, you can reach us via our landlines or contact Ztech at ztech@zenithbt.com.tr. Depending on the type of malfunction and SLA level, one of our specialists may attempt to resolve the issue remotely before the product is sent to us.
If physical intervention is required, you can either ship the device to the address on our Contact page, or, depending on your service agreement, we can collect the device from your location.
For products not covered by warranty or contract, our team will provide a written report detailing the malfunction and repair costs for your approval once the device has been evaluated.
For our maintenance contract customers, you can check the real-time status of your device through our dedicated service portal. The portal also allows you to view the device’s history, including previous repairs and performed operations. Depending on your agreement, Zenith can provide detailed reports of this information at regular intervals.
